"Pecker" the kestrel

The Grainger Market in Newcastle had a small bird of prey display for the kids, although I wasn't sure whether the birds were there to entertain or eat them!

Amethyst got to hold a Barn Owl named Pepsi (not related in any way, shape or form to our Pepsi) but Breeze got too scared and ran a mile (well three feet but you get the picture).

This blip is of "Pecker" the kestrel who seemed to lack any cuteness factor - the Barn Owl was the only bird people were wanting to hold. I just wanted to take all the birds home with me to torment the dog and cats - I'm not evil... just twisted ;)
