Peek a Boo

We got sunshine today, I mean it's August and once upon a time that would be the norm but not these days...so we packed up a picnic and went to Blackpool Zoo. The Car Parks were all full but we found free parking a couple of minutes walk from the Zoo so off we went. What a difference to our last visit at Easter (rain and cold), the Zoo was really busy (relish them registers ringing Mr Management) and all the animals were out enjoying the warmth-even these two little fellas who I think are' Magellan Penguins' ?The penguin enclosure allows you to see them swimming from beneath the water line via glass windows and from above which is where this was taken.

Must also say well done on the new sea lion enclosure, it is very impressive and the show was great.
