Sometimes flowers look as if they're trying to tell you something. The garden is very beautiful right now, as lush as it will get before the downward spiral to complete die-back starts.

All the parts for the requested Halloween costume were acquired today-all but the irrigation tubing, the leggings, body stocking and face paint. It's fun to watch a seven year old experience a fabric store for the first time.
