Anemone Buds

My first anemone buds of the season are starting to show some colour. For some reason these are a lot earlier than the bulk of the plants.

The background is the chimney pot I blipped last month.

This blip was inspired by chaiselongue, who is so good at shadows.

Thank you all who sympathised with my little cat during her illness. She is better today, though rather subdued. She has done her rounds, eaten a little food, and slept in the warm greenhouse.
