Je Voudrais Etrë Un Poisson

I want to be a fish today because it was 107 degrees in this Langudoc region of France, and the idea of swimming languidly in the Andrew's lovely fish pond is appealing. The fish pond also reminds me of Jennifer Bartlett's artist residency in France, when she bought piles of paper and made some two hundred and some drawings out the window of an empty pool with a statue of a nude cupid and a garden. Over this fish pond is a plum tree full of ripe plums. They are a challenge to keep up with and they are delicious!
