Rupert the Dog

I don't often take photos of people or dogs (unless sneakily) as I'm not very brave at asking people if they mind (Lola the labrador being a rare exception). But I had been chatting to the couple who own Rupert about photography, and they practically insisted Rupert pose for me. Rupert wasn't quite so keen, but I like to think he is staring nobly into the distance here, thinking deep thoughts.
