If everything goes as planned, I'll be picking up R. at the hospital tomorrow at 10. His daughter S.2 and her friend cleaned up his house and I washed his curtains to get rid of all nicotine smell :-). After 53 days he will actually walk out of the place where so much has happened. So many times when I was affraid he was not going to make it. It has been a roller coaster of intense feelings of fear, joy, horror, hope and uncertainty.
One of the things that has pulled me through this difficult time was making photographs, posting them on Blipfoto and tell my story as much as I could. Seeing my 'one year ago shots' makes me wonder where we will be next year looking back....
I'm still amazed by all the lovely comments and good wishes from you all, it has meant so much to me! Thanx to each and every one of you, the www and blipfoto for making this possible.
