Father and Son (Two!)

Went from the outlaws' over to my cousin's in Southport today for a barbecue. My auntie who died last December requested that we all got together, not just to remember her but to have fun. It was great to catch up with people we've not seen in a long while, just incredibly bittersweet - we'd have loved it if she could have been there with us too. A good sum was raised for cancer research in her honour. Much much alcohol was imbibed too, and I for one stayed up far too late (crawled into bed a bit after 4 - baby woke at 7).

Good time had by all, and I suspect it will become a permanent fixture in the family calendar.
