Scarlet Wish

O.K. the crepe myrtle isn't called scarlet myrtle, but scarlet was the first thing I thought of when I saw the pictures. This is the first year my crepe myrtle has bloomed. I'm pleased with it, wish the picture was a bit better... wish the japanese beetles hadn't enjoyed munching the leaves of this so much.. wish wish wish..
