Quick Change Artist

Mother Nature is amazing...and sometimes changes happen before we are ready for them, or they happen even as we think we are paying attention...but she is quick and sneaky. The past few days we have enjoyed temps in the 90's...giving us the illusion that summer was still in full force here in the Pacific Northwest...BUT...overnight, it seems that Mother Nature had other plans. We woke up to much cooler temps today...at least 20 degrees cooler, with the wind blowing all day and some leaves seemed to have changed overnight and are starting to fall around us!

I'm not complaining though...I truly enjoy the cooler temps...so will welcome the changes that came in overnight. I am not ready to fully let go of summer yet and do hope we get a few more warm days before fall hits us full force!

In the meantime, I plan to enjoy whatever palette Mother Nature puts before my eyes!
