Rice, rice and yet more rice.
My new, healthier diet seems to be getting the better of me! I haven't cheated yet, but I have been tempted. I haven't had any bread, or any produce with wheat for just over a week and I think I'm managing fine.
There are lots of alternatives, except for buttered toast. I miss buttered toast. Even saying it is good, Buttered Toast......Mmmmm (I feel a bit like Homer Simpson!)
