Divine intervention

One question immediately popped into my head when I spotted these wheelie bins this morning: 'Why would anyone want to pinch a wheelie bin?'

I haven't got a clue how the mind of a thief functions, but I would have thought a wheelie bin was low down the list of 'must-have' items.

Nevertheless, there must be an issue here because otherwise there wouldn't be the blunt warning and it wouldn't be underlined.

At least it's good to know the police are not alone in the fight against crime.
