Our Boat

Since the motor on the boat my husband bought died on his first outing back in April, he bought a new motor. Today was my first time out. It's such a freeing feeling to be out on the water driving so fast.

We have 3 parties this weekend! 2 birthdays and I have a reunion with the girl scout troop I was in as a child.

I almost forgot to share: I got a new job! It happened really fast. Monday I got the call for an interview. Tuesday was the interview, and about 2 hours after the interview I was told I had the job. I'll be a special education assistant at a middle school. I will also be able to do my fieldwork there for my masters degree, so it seems like a perfect fit!
