almost extinct. this alley has existed in some shape or form for hundreds of years, it's in the heart of the historic downtown in seoul, and i walk through it to work every day. over the past couple years, businesses have slowly disappeared as the area has been re-zoned for new development. eventually there will be a gleaming new building standing here, and another small slice of korean history will disappear forever.
