Crafty

This, dear reader, is supposed to be a dining room.

As you can probably tell, it rather full of other things. Until about 18 months ago I was a keen 'crafter' - making cards, decorating candles, making jewellery and keyrings, and even scrapbooking on the odd occasion.

However, due to much upheaval (and previous apathy) in my house I lost my way a little and the majority of these items have sat redundant in the so-called dining room ever since.

Due to the recent turn of events, I really want to transform this compact and bijou room into a usable family room (I would say 'again', but I fear this has never been the case since I've lived here) - for dining primarily (naturally), but it will also come in handy for a homework room, as my eldest child starts secondary school only 10 days from now ...
