Top cats? Not in this bin

Following on from the story about a woman putting a live cat in a bin (!?!)* there has been some rather amusing black humour doing the rounds.

This rubbish bin was sporting an appropriate warning notice today.

Best tweet of the week had many of us laughing. Essentially it said "what's all the fuss about, Top Cat lived in a trash can".

I just had to go and remind myself why I used to love this cartoon so much.

* The cat survived its ordeal.
