Blue Foot

Looking much better now. getting out of a transit van on wednesday i went over on my foot , the pain was excruciating , but after being xrayed i was told it was "only" soft tissue damage , after 3 days of being swollen and changing shades of blue constantly it's not too bad . so back to work on monday for me.
