The Ladder

I always consider myself as an outsider. A lazy outsider to be exact. So "aggressive" is not a word in my dictionary. I prefer to observe.

It's really interesting to see people moving up the corporate ladder. What about moving down the ladder? Uncommon in my observation. I sometimes saw people falling down from the ladder. And sometimes people think they're moving up the ladder but actually they're moving down another ladder. Up or down? Under different perspectives.

What about me? I stop at the ladder.
