Un-Belize-able
Lunch time!
My husband spent two years in Belize after college doing mission work. While there, he learned a thing or two about Belizean cooking. Every once in a while, he gets in the mood and makes me an authentic Belizean meal. Rice. Beans. Stewed Chicken. Ruby Rich. LOVE!
I hate to admit it, but he has me beat in cooking skills.
