Cooper

I was out in a local park today withe the kids and the grandparents having a picnic when thus dapper dog walked past. Found out from speaking to his owners that he is called Cooper and always goes out for a walk with a necktie and hat on. Amy thought he was "sooooooo cute" ( imagine that being said by a 7 year old).
