Discs of Danger

They look like sequins but are actually large discs hanging on a shopping centre wall. They used to rotate and catch the light, but within a week of installation they started falling off. The Centre owners felt it unprofitable to expect the public to shop with the fear of laceration hanging over their heads. They switched it off. Still looks pretty though.
