What a view!

This is the view that I woke up to this morning. It was breathtaking. We woke up around 8am, got ready, put on our bathing suits and went out on the dock. We went kayaking, out on the paddle boat and just swam around in the lake. What a great way to spend the day. Then we went out to dinner and for a sunset boat ride. I felt really lucky that Maria invited me to spend the weekend at her family's lake house in Maine. It was great for a city girl like me to be out in nature for the weekend without tv.
