Single Track

I headed into work this morning to mount up the TVs in the meeting rooms, went well, although it was a little nerve racking mounting thousands of dollars of TVs on the walls, and hoping they stayed there!

I was also hoping the weather might turn nasty, in which case I'd have a valid excuse for not going bike riding with a friend, but sadly it stayed fine ;-)

So, after months of not riding ... we headed up the hill. Yes, painful it was, although that eased as we rode the single track along the summit road. And then it became positively fun. And I was glad to have gone!

It's the start of the training.

Then with Mrs PS away for the night the kids and I ordered food, got a video, and had a great movie, and early night. Bliss.
