Camping

Had a crazy, fun day full of mishaps, misguided destinations and laughs. A lot of laughs...that's what counts, right? M and I had planned for him to be able to hit some golf balls during our two night camping trip to Krause Springs. I had looked up a close by course owned by none other than Willie Nelson! However, when we got there at noon the doors were locked, although they were supposed to be open at 8am. Hmmm...so we looked up another course, get there, they don't have a driving range and we were trying not to take up the whole day with golf. There were deer all over this course, hence the pic above. Ok, so then we drive to a place that does have a driving range and once we get there M realizes he left his clubs back at the second course! So we drive back and get the clubs and decide to go play mini golf! Aargh! It was fun though and M beat me so I think that helped his frustration a little.
We made delicious a pork tenderloin roast on the grill in a pan with onions, poblano peppers, potatoes and pineapple after marinating the tenderloin overnight...so so good.
