Sunny...

...but windy...that was the order of the day here.

We've been for a long bike ride with the boys around the lakes; picked wild plums and blackberries...just have to decide what to do with them now; splashed in and through puddles and returned home to chill.

We found a beautiful field of sunflowers but it was so breezy they wouldn't stay still. I increased the shutter speed as much as I could and took a few shots to see if any would come out sharp. I liked this one best :-)

I tried to take a few of them in motion too but those shots were less successful. Note to self...if you're taking the bike trailer pack a tripod and your ND filters!
