English summer

This scene is so typically English, the oak tree, grazing cows and the fading sunlight. What you can't see is how close this is to Sheffield city centre. It took me 1/2 hour to cycle to here (Clough Lane) from home. I was trying out my new bike on rough terrain for the first time and really taking it steady, so steady in fact that I was overtaken by 2 runners !!!
On the ride home I went past Fulwood Church and the bells were ringing out a tune, a real tune, not just high low mid lower type stuff, but really melodic tuneful stuff. It reminded me that when Cazbo was little, we came to playgroup here and she called it dingdong playgroup because their practice session started as we were leaving.
Clever campanologists.
(Apologies to blipcentral for using my phone camera with the dodgy date setting.)
