Hat Yai, Thailand

I don't really have much to say about Hat Yai, other than that I didn't really like it. It felt a bit seedy. Maybe I'm being a bit harsh considering we only spent seven hours there. I may also be influenced by the fact that our hotel was essentially a brothel. Went to the bar for a few drinks and got initiated into a weird karaoke ritual that was going on. One of the weirdest experiences of the trip.

I'm sure it's a lovely place really.
