Fish on a stick

A slightly more active day today. Headed into town (Almunecar) to raid the market for fish and have lunch. Mr B learned an important lesson at lunch: an iPhone left on a metal table in the full glare of the midday sun quickly becomes too hot to work... but in case that ever happens to you, a couple of minutes in the fridge soon cools it down enough.

A quick stop to buy the kids some cheap toys to play with, and an inflatable volleyball net for the pool, then home for a siesta and a play in the pool with the new toys (including the spookily powerful and accurate light sabre water cannons, which were fun for about a minute and then just caused trouble for the rest of the holiday!)

Dinner was fish on a stick. Lovely.
