John O'Groats

Took a long ride today up to John O'Groats the most northern tip of Britain. (Actually, Dunnet Head just up the road is the most northern point but probably less commercialised!)

Fantastic ride up the north east coast of northern Scotland. We stopped in Wick where my mum was stationed during WW2 on a radar station. I have to say it's very bleak and windy - I hate to think what it's like in winter!

Beautiful ride back on a single track A road! The sun shone and it was glorious!
