Big shoes to fill for retirement

Today my Dad had his last official day of work (he's been on a vacation and part-time retirement for a while but today he went to return the keys, say goodbye to his workmates, etc.). His co-workers got him these shoes made of birchbark as a retirement gift. The grey ones are just for additional comparison.
