I was trying to be a real clever-trousers for my thousandth blip.
I've spent the last couple of days thinking of interesting ways to illustrate one thousand, but was too lazy to get very far with that. I eventually hit on the idea of photographing a house number, but there aren't that many streets in my part of London with that many houses on them. The longest I could think of was Garratt Lane in Tooting, which goes up to at least 1050, but I couldn't find 1000. I got as frustratingly close as 1001 (maybe for my next blip) before I gave up.
So here's the first autumnal misty morning of my commute instead.
