Loxley valley

Lovely sunny day in Sheffield today. Spent the morning working, but with everyone else still on holiday there are too many distractions and temptations to skive off. So we went for a walk with friends in the Loxley Valley, and back to ours for tea. I ran back home as yesterday's plea for sponsorship has had the desired effect in making me work a bit harder on my running training.
