Baby Compo

Izzy Doll and Mama spent a lovely morning in the park just outside of our town centre. It's a beautiful place; there's an ice-cream shop, a band-stand, an avery full of birds, a bowling green and a river which flows through the middle with little white bridges arching over the top. It's almost like stepping back in time, and is always a very calming place to be whether it's a warm summer's day or a cold winter morning.

Today, we ate ice-cream and watched a game of bowls. There were rather a lot of old men sitting on the benches lining the bowling green, who were watching the game with great concentration. I think that their facial expressions were starting to rub off on Izzy as here she is looking like Compo from 'Last of the Summer Wine'.
