Ow

Had my knee operated on this morning The image is of the monitor showing my knee and the damaged meniscus hanging down (that area of ragged edges in the right center of the image).

No one told me how painful the injections would be, nor how much it would hurt when they inserted the scope. Maybe the anesthetic had not taken.

Anyway it all went well and was quite interesting as I got to watch on the monitor. If I had brought a USB memory stick I could have saved the movie and shown my kids. It looked a bit like an underwater sequence where this metal fish comes and eats all the seaweed.
