looking for bugs

I have made sure that she is not fearful of the insect world - instead she is absolutely fascinated with all creepy crawlies!

This afternoon in the fading sun upon the old stone wall she sat and watched the caterpillars, eventually picking one up where it promptly pooped on her!

I was thrown straight back into my own childhood - where I too spent time doing exactly this. In so many ways I am amazed how little things have changed since I was small and that makes me very happy.
