Your shoes are just a reminder

One of my best friends moved back to Sweden, last year, after nearly 9 years living here in Ireland. It was a big deal for her as she had lost contact with a lot of people in her homeland and she will start a new life all over again. I find that exciting personally.

Well she lived in this big house across the street from me and my missus. Its a cool house of Swedish girls, always up for fun. So as a reminder she left her beat up converse hanging over the landing on the stairwell. It works, cos every time I see em I think of her. Now I'm going to permantly have them hanging in my Blip, so I'll never forget her.

It was such a good idea that another friend who lived there and moved out did the same thing.
