I started off my day with a good workout with a friend who wants to join my gym. I'm excited for her to join because it will motivate me to get to the gym more often and we will have some quality time together each day. Today was a busy day at work. I was on the road for a majority of the day. I went back to the office at the end of the day to check my email and voice mail. Then I headed home. I sat in so much traffic - it took me nearly one hour to get home. It usually takes me 20 minutes!!! Today is such a busy day in Boston - I think most of Boston is moving in or out today. I should have just headed home right after my last visit. Well, now I'm home relaxing and trying to keep cool. This sunflower is a reflection of the hot, sunny weather we have been having in Boston.
