Stamppot

Busy day.. not much time for blipping, so today my first blip of cooking :)
Today I made `stamppot' which, according to some online translators, is called 'hodgepodge' or 'hotchpot' in English. Anyway it was made of potatoes, carrots, onions, apples, parsley and a bit of curry. It tasted quite as well as it looked :D
