The Pilling Pig

The Knott End to Garstang railway, steam locomotive.

I waited for ages today but couldn't get a ticket. Then i discovered the Pilling to Knott End branch closed in 1950, the rest of it was closed by 1965. It was a nice day for a cycle though, and i probably saved 1s 3d and a farthing.
