Rock and Roll Street at Terschelling!

Every year: the first weekend in september is reserved for a special event! Rock and Roll Street.
Music, cars, mopeds and people dressed like rock and rollers; all from the sixties.
I'm not sure about this one, pictured by Anneke.
Maybe he was just dressed like this for something completely different?
