Crovie

Went for a coastal walk from Gardenstown to Crovie this evening. It was the first time I'd done this since my little dog Mabel died a few months ago. She used to love this walk, because the narrow path meant that she could accost strangers, refusing to let them pass until they made a fuss of her.

There is no room for a road between the houses and the sea, so two wheeled wooden barrows are used to transport goods from vehicles to the 40 cottages, most of which are holiday lets or second homes.
