On Weymouth sands looking out to sea

I saw a clipper and an old steamer. We ate icecreams and built a sand boat. There were striped deck chairs and flapping canvas wind breaks. And the sounds of a Punch and Judy show wafted across the sands.

The sea was so cold it took my toes ten minutes to thaw out after I'd been in for a dip!
