3k race at Glasgow Green this mornign with the kids for Kirki Olympians putting in some great runs, eagerly awaiting the results to come on line later today to see how many seconds he has beat his PB from last year which was 12.40.

He suggested £1 a second for each one off last years, more like 10p don't think I could afford the other.
