I look great!

Today I went to the post office, while I was waiting, this homeless man started to pose for my camera. I had not switched on my camera yet and was not ready shoot the pose he gave me, so the first pictures was no good. He came over and started talking and asked if I wanted to take one more picture, and he said "and this time I will give you a smile also!", so this was the result.

I asked if he wanted to see the picture and when he saw it, he was very pleased, and said he was looking great. He started to tell me that 6 months ago he his weight was only 50 kilos and he was not well, and that he had been in coma 8 times in his life. But now his weight is 88 kilos, and he is very happy and pleased with the situation that he had put on weight and looked so good!

I think he was surprised that I wanted to listen to his story, and it was a big smile on his face when I wished him a wonderful day :)

I find it difficult to take pictures of people I do not know, so this was good training for me. I am impressed how easy it is to get in contact with people when the camera is around my neck :)
