It was a beautiful misty morning and I took loads of blips, and in the end chose this one out of 22 reasonable shots. I was hoping to get Meles to help me choose but we were too busy at work all afternoon. In the morning I went to see the Scottish collection in the National Gallery and afterwards sat in Waverley Gardens with a coffee and a fried egg roll watching the Queen's sound engineers setting up for the fireworks tomorrow night.
