Hog Roasting 60th Celebration

Old J.... T..... had a Bash. E I E I O
And at that Bash, he had a Hog. E I E I O
With a Spit Spit here and a Spit Spit there .......

The current Indian Summer afforded the opportunity for JT to turn his garden into a dining area for many friends and family to gather and celebrate his 60th Birthday.

The hog was roasted and enjoyed, and then the minstrels appeared to help us all sing along. I have to say I was very impressed at the moistness of the meat, and the crispy crackling.

Good to see A. back safely from Kenya, just #1 to arrive back now from Uganda.
