Reflections.

For some time now we've had a breadmaker, 3 in fact, we seem to wear them out. Our latest one is starting to give disappointing results and we were pondering what to do about another. After much thought we decided against a bread machine and plumped for a good old reliable Kenwood Chef. It can knead the dough, make cakes, whisk egg whites and if we buy attachments it can do almost anything!

So here I am taking a photo (as soon as I came in from work) of the lovely new shiny bowl attached to the machine.

Later hubby used it to make a yummy red onion and herb bread to go with the veggie lasagne, easy peasy :-)
