Fake or real?

I was visiting a new apartment complex with my parents today, they might be interested in finding themselves a new place to live so I went to check out a brand new building with them. Modern architecture.
Some apartments had people living in them already, like this one, with a very nice glass walled balcony.

Only the orange tree in there made me wonder about its authenticity.
