End of an Era

My dad sold his E200 Mercedes this weekend.

A chap from Cornwall sent a transporter up with a bag of cash and took the car away.

He's owned the car for over 10 years from new, kept in in the garage every night, only really drove it on a Sunday and it featured in all of our weddings.

All 3 of us are married now and my mum was moaning that the Merc was costing more to feed every week than they did.

So I helped him sell it. It was sad to see it go today.

There's talk of test driving a Prius next?!
