Culinary weekend - Part 2

Admittedly it doesn't look quite as appetising as yesterday's homemade burgers but this very easy-to-make prawn curry was quite ok. As the recipe suggested I didn't use any coconut milk or cream (korma) just the curry paste, water and some ground almonds.

Could have done with better quality prawns I think.

Ps. It's piping hot too, as you can see by the steam coming off it!
